It is part of Lyreco's philosophy to provide customers with a unique customer experience. The Solution
The automatic text generation using a solution by Retresco enables Lyreco to efficiently create highly personalised product descriptions for the linguistically segmented markets of Switzerland. With the push of a button, the software generates product descriptions in German, English, French, and Italian from the manufacturers' data. Through automation, Lyreco reduces the time spent on creating their product descriptions and also the costs for translating all texts.
The Result
70 percent of the texts in the webshop and 87 percent of the texts for the supplier's catalogues were automatically generated using Retresco software solution. The colleagues in the content team benefit as they no longer have to write lengthy product descriptions and coordinate with service providers such as translation agencies.
