AI specialist Retresco focuses on personalised customer development: Dr. Viktoria Apel becomes Team Lead Customer Success Management


Berlin, 20 March 2024 – Dr. Viktoria Apel is now Team Lead for Customer Success Management at leading provider of AI-powered automation solutions, Retresco. In this role, Dr. Apel plays a pivotal role in achieving the company’s objective of offering personalised support to customers through the implementation of efficient and value-enhancing projects spanning e-commerce and media sectors as well as AI applications across all industries.

Dr. Apel possesses extensive experience with Retresco's modular solutions and their AI project business. She has been working for the Berlin-based AI specialist since 2018 and is now responsible for the company's entire Customer Success Management (CSM), leading a team of six and reporting to Retresco's CSO, Daniel Niedermayer. She brings with her comprehensive academic knowledge of the information structure of various languages - a subject in which she earned a doctorate and published papers at Berlin's Humboldt University.

The appointment of Dr. Apel coincides with the expansion of Retresco's CSM offerings. The key focus is on providing the best possible customer care and the development of bespoke customer development through accurate, project-specific solutions. Dr. Apel is responsible for customer consultation and implementation of AI solutions as well as assistance with the productive use of Retresco's modular offering to maximise client benefits.
