Retresco Bolsters its Consulting and Sales for Content Automation in Sport and Digital Commerce
Daniel Gröber joins Retresco as Sales Manager
Berlin, 21 March 2023 – Daniel Groeber is joining the sales team at leading AI-based content automation provider Retresco. He will now be responsible for national and international consulting for automated sports content and text automation in digital commerce. As Sales Manager, he reports directly to the CEO of Retresco, Johannes Sommer.
With this newly created position, Retresco is moving forward with a targeted expansion of its consulting and sales expertise for its content automation platform textengine.io, particularly in the field of sport. Automated sports content and automatically generated athlete profiles are beneficial tools for online portals that produce sport-related content on a broad scale in every major European language. Generative AI helps to significantly reduce the amount of work and resources required here.
Daniel Groeber will bring his more than ten years of experience in sport and digital commerce to the table at Retresco. He previously served as Director Sales Europe at eCommerce growth specialists Finch, where he was responsible for selling the SaaS platform in the Paid Advertising and Performance Marketing divisions. In this role, he also gained extensive expertise in Google, Amazon, programmatic and Microsoft advertising. He is also the co-author of the Google Ads report ‘Google Ads Professional’ published by OMR Education, an educational company specialising in online marketing. Another of his former employers is Bundesliga football club VfB Stuttgart, where he held a number of different positions in digital sales, marketing and customer loyalty.
